Of Counsel Attorney

Mr. Boze is an Of Counsel attorney with Porter Law Group, Inc. His practice is concentrated in the areas of construction litigation, business law, and real estate. Mr. Boze also handles construction matters including construction contracts and disputes, corporate formation, and legislative and regulatory affairs.

For construction clients, Mr. Boze resolves construction disputes and drafts and amends contracts, subcontracts, and other documents useful to contractors, as well as engaging in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and mediations. He emphasizes providing pragmatic and business-oriented solutions to assist successful ventures in both good and challenging times.

Relevant Experience

Mr. Boze is a business, real estate, and construction attorney with significant experience serving as in-house counsel. He has advised one of the largest framing contractors in Northern California, a regional production home builder, and a lumber supplier and truss manufacturer. He played a key role in recent successful legislation that positively affected the real estate and construction industry. He places an emphasis on providing pragmatic and business-oriented solutions to assist successful ventures in both good and challenging times.
