Sean M. Speciale is an Associate Attorney with Porter Law Group. His experience includes representing individual clients and diverse businesses in a wide range of legal matters including but not limited to general civil litigation, construction law and defect litigation, employment and labor law, real property transactions and related litigations, landlord/tenant disputes, drafting contracts and sales agreements, commercial transactions and related litigations, environmental law, business law and formation.
Mr. Speciale’s interest in construction law and litigation is rooted in his history working as a laborer for large commercial construction companies for seven years while working towards his bachelor’s degree as well as his juris doctorate.
Mr. Speciale’s prior legal experience also includes working as an associate in a general civil litigation firm specializing in government entity liability, personal injury, insurance coverage, products liability, construction defects, employment and labor law, and civil rights. Additionally, he is an experienced Title Attorney dealing in consultation with many energy producers regarding title and lease analysis, preparing title curative documents, environmental compliance, title and deed abstraction and lease transaction due diligence.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree for Business Management from California University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, California, the United States District Courts, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
