Ms. Kreuser is an Associate attorney with Porter Law Group, Inc. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate formation, purchase and sale agreements, and construction litigation. Ms. Kreuser also handles matters including the drafting of CSLB compliant home improvement and commercial contracts for contractors and intellectual property matters, including copyright registrations and reconsiderations. She also handles issues related to mechanics liens, including the preservation of contractor mechanics lien rights against entities experiencing bankruptcy and lawsuits to foreclose on mechanics liens.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Kreuser worked as a law clerk for Porter Law Group, Inc., where she assisted with matters related to corporate formation, construction litigation, and intellectual property matters. She also externed for a federal bankruptcy court judge. Her interest in working with the construction industry stems from her family’s involvement in and prior work experience in the industry. Ms. Kreuser is currently admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court, Northern District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California.
